Description

Skiving Roller Burnishing Machine with HT300 Integral Casting Lathe Bed

Ⅰ. Detail of Chip Removal System and Cutting Fluid Cooling System:

1) The cutting fluid flow rate meets the cylinder diameter requirements φ Chip removal requirements during 220-500mm cutting;

2) Chip removal uses a belt-type chip removal machine to separate iron chips from cutting fluid;

3) The cutting fluid is filtered by a magnetic separator before flowing back to the oil tank;

4) The cutting fluid flow rate is 800-2000L/min, and the oil tank volume meets the cooling requirements.
