The equipment is composed of precision components including hydraulic drive system, eccentric transmission system and thin oil lubrication system. The motor drives the horizontal shaft and eccentric sleeve to rotate, driving the movable cone to perform continuous swing motion. After materials enter the layered crushing cavity, they are squeezed and crushed layer by layer between the movable cone and fixed cone according to the inter-particle lamination crushing principle.
Different from traditional single-point impact crushing, lamination crushing makes materials break along their natural internal texture cracks, realizing selective crushing. Qualified fine materials are discharged evenly, and unqualified coarse materials are continuously crushed in the cavity. Equipped with a full hydraulic protection system, the machine can automatically avoid damage caused by iron mixing and material blocking, ensuring continuous and stable high-quality material shaping output.
