The whole series adopts unified modular wearing parts layout. The mantle and concave liner adopt integrated high manganese alloy casting, with uniform wear resistance, avoiding partial rapid abrasion. The single hydraulic cylinder simplifies internal pipeline layout, reduces oil leakage failure points, and the external centralized lubrication station makes oil replacement and inspection without entering the narrow machine interior. All core inspection ports are arranged on the outer side of the equipment, so operators can complete daily routine checks without dismounting heavy structural components.

Pre-crushed hard rock raw materials flow into the layered crushing cavity from the top feed inlet. The eccentric assembly drives the moving cone to perform continuous swing extrusion movement, and materials are crushed along internal natural cracks under lamination force, forming cubic finished aggregates with few flaky fragments.
When unbreakable metal impurities enter the cavity, the hydraulic cylinder instantly lifts the moving cone to expand the discharge gap and discharge foreign matter automatically, preventing impact damage to liners and main shaft. The thin oil lubrication system circulates continuously to cool the eccentric bearing and main shaft assembly, stabilizing the operating temperature during long-shift production. The discharge gap can be remotely adjusted via hydraulic control, so finished granularity can be modified without stopping the whole production line.
