VP/Hexadecene copolymer is an oil-soluble polymer adhesive used in cosmetics as a binder and film-forming agent, providing waterproof properties for sunscreens and other cosmetic products. It forms a soft, dense, and continuous protective layer on the skin and hair surface. This moisture-retaining film creates a smooth texture for both skin and hair.
