Introduction
The fixed type vacuum emulsifier can heat or cool the material according to the process requirements. The heating method can be
steam or electric heating according to the customer's requirements. The advanced electronic control system adopts PLC control and is
equipped with a true color touch screen to comprehensively monitor the material temperature and stir. and homogenization speed.

Features

1. Designed and manufactured in accordance with GMP standards (the overall support of the equipment is stainless steel, and the pot body is polished 300U).
2. 316L material is used for material contact parts.
3. The bearing adopts Japanese NSK bearing.
4. Low power consumption, strong mechanical protection function, constant torque work make the mechanical operation more stable.
5. The water circulation mechanical seal has good sealing performance and long service life. The homogenizer can work continuously for 24 hours.
6. The relative movement of the upper wall scraping stirring paddle and the fixed paddle makes the material agitated more fullyand evenly.
7. Many safety protection functions make production safer.
