Product Introduction

The 500L Double Jacket Mixing Tank is designed for mixing, blending and homogenizing liquid and semi-viscous products used in daily chemical and cosmetic production.

The machine combines a top-mounted agitator with a bottom high-speed homogenizing system. The main agitator provides stable material circulation, while the bottom homogenizer improves dispersion and helps create a more uniform product texture.

The double-jacket tank can be connected to a suitable temperature-control system according to the production process. With an elevated working platform and stainless steel structure, the machine is suitable for commercial batch production of shampoo, liquid soap, laundry detergent, body wash and similar products.
