Automatic cardboard feeding machine is a developed continuous feeding equipment

for the carton factory’s original chain feed carton forming machinery that can not be developed for mass production .Thus Continuous feed is instead of manul single feed.Ensuring the cardboard run straightly.Not only improve work efficiency, but also significantly reduce the labor intensity, and reducing scrap rates.

Feed unit

1. Board size adjustment adopt screw wheel adjusting mechanism,One person to operate, easy and quick

2. The convenient adjust code paper table , to better adapt to a variety of paper and feed stably and accurately.

3. Feeding belt adopt imported Italian rubber,high friction, long life, low noise, easy maintenance, high economic efficiency

4. Dual tension control, convenient and reliable.

Transmission unit

1. Transmission shaft adopts pattern roller to increase the friction with the sheet feeding belt, to ensure that the paperboard conveys smoothly at high speed

2. This machine has the electromagnetic clutch and brake mechanism

Electrical equipment Unit

1.The machine electrical equipment adopts PLC program control, a high degree of automation
