4 Colors 2 Colour Flexo Printing Machine Computerized Specs Adjustment

I. General introduction

This is a kind of flexo printing machine for corrugated cardborad printing slotting diecutting and stacking. These are the front procedures of colorful cartons forming.

First, this machine use waterbase ink to print different patterns and words on the sheets as per customer's requirements. Second, offer special oil to cover the sheets surface. Third, dry the sheets via UV ray to let the boards drying. Forth, slotter part cut the slot on board and crease lines for folding. Fifth, cut out different shapes or holes or hand holes on the board as per customer need. The last step of this machine is to stacking the boards together into piles for easy delivery and packing.

II. Complete performance

1. Computerized can store the common orders, fast order changing, easy to operate.

2. All the driving roller are high quality steel, hard chrome plating, surface grinding.

3. The wallboard is 60mm thick wrought iron, after deal with the internal stress then processed with CNC machining center.

4. Painting technology: the parts will be treated with the procedure derusting-phosphating-paint spraying-stoving varnish to make the painting with rust proof,hard surface, and durable.

5. The complete machine with alarm bell, will be always warning in the walking time, can keep the worker safe.

6. Each unit equipped with emergency switch inside, can stop each unit moving inside to assure the inner operator safe.

7. Spraying lubrication with dual oil pump automatic circulatory system, oil level balancer to keep the oil level balance.

8. The stored orders in the computer system can reach 999 (Main controlled computer on the slotter operation side).

All the draught fans for main motor, feeder, printer, glazer, drier units adopt frequency converter to control the air volume, adjust more exactly, make sure the feeding smoothly, can save more electricity and cost.

IV. Slotting unit

1. Single shaft with dual cutter. Electric adjust the carton height with high precision.

1)Creaser and pre-creaser Ø180mm,above crease wrapped with optimal rubber will not damage the paper. Creaser shaft is Ø110mm, lower knife shaft is Ø156mm.

2) Creaser, pre-creaser, cutter holder move together by NC controller.

3) Spacing adjustment of creaser and pre-creaser adopt self-locking mechanism, scope is 0-11mm.

2. Rotary slotter

1)Equipped with knife holder Ø280*4pcs.

2)Equipped with linear compensation device.

3)Input all the carton sizes like carton length, width, height, phase etc. in PLC, the knives and knife holders adjusted automatically together. And also can be adjusted separately. Easy and fast.

4)Matched with edge trim device, smooth and non-burr.

5)Longer lifetime in using.

V. Die-cutting unit

1. Die-cutting roller (lower roller)

1) Die-cutting roller is made up of hi-quality steel,good surface grinding and chrome plated,dynamic balancing correction, steady running.Holes distance in axial direction 100mm; Radial direction in 18 divide.

Suitable score height 22.6mm,wooden die height 13mm.

2. Anvil blanket roller (above roller)

1) Anvil blanket roller is made up of hi-quality steel,good surface grinding and chrome plated,dynamic balancing correction, steady running.German Depair brand anvil cover, the thickness of blanket is 250mm,width is 8mm. Mechanical transverse moving range is 35mm.Electrical adjustment of the space between anvil blanket roller and die cutting roller,range is 5mm.

3. Automatic stripper device

1) Increase the automatic stripper belt to output the waste paper.

4. Phase adjustment device

1) Planetary gear structure. Die-cutting phase adopt electrical digital 360°adjustment in running and stopping. Computer and electrical digital transverse moving device, range is ±10mm.

2) Differential clutch is used to make sure the same size of the paper,the cutting structure makes the anvil blanket smooth.
