Product Description
The 56-way network slip ring is designed with two Gigabit Ethernet channels and 38 2A electrical channels. The slip ring adopts a flange design and is injection molded in one piece. The outer diameter is 25mm. The slip ring is designed to rotate at 200 rpm and can be used at 240V voltage.
Key Features
1. Featuring an ultra-compact design with an outer diameter of only 25mm, it integrates 56 signal and power channels within a minimal footprint with exceptionally high internal integration.
2. It provides two Gigabit Ethernet channels, fully compliant with the IEEE 802.3 standard, supporting high-speed, lossless data transmission. Optimized shielding and contact design significantly enhance signal integrity, ensuring low latency, high stability, and strong interference resistance for Gigabit network transmission.
3. It provides 38 power channels, each supporting 2A current output, capable of providing stable and reliable low- to medium-power power to multiple devices simultaneously. All circuits support a maximum operating voltage of 240V, meeting the power requirements of most industrial equipment.
4. The product's housing is injection molded for excellent corrosion and vibration resistance, significantly enhancing long-term reliability in harsh environments.
