Product Description

The DBM-1000 is a highly automatic CNC horizontal boring and milling machining center with simple operation and high processing efficiency. The machine is equipped with an automatic program control system, which can logically process and decode programs specified by control codes or other symbolic instructions, so as to make the machine move and process parts. A high degree of automation can not only greatly improve the efficiency of processing, but also reduce labor costs. This machine is also equiped a hgih precision and rigidity spindle. The spindle has excellent anti-vibration performance, which can absorb the vibration generated in the process of machining and effectively ensuring the machining accuracy. The main surface is also treated with nitrogen to give the spindle a higher hardness and longer service life.
