Compatible Replacement for HIWIN HGH20HA

This 20mm linear guide block is the Long Type (Super Heavy Load) version, engineered as a 100% interchangeable alternative to the HIWIN HGH20HA. It features a longer body for increased load capacity (21.18 kN) and higher rigidity, making it ideal for CNC Z-axis and vertical automation applications.

Structure & Features

  • High Rigidity Long Block: The "HA" series features more bearing balls than standard blocks, providing 30% higher load capacity and stiffness.
  • 4-Row Circular Arc Design: Features a 45° contact angle design that ensures equal load capacity in all four directions.
  • Material Standard: Manufactured using GCr15 Bearing Steel, hardened to HRC 60-62.

Lubrication Guide

⚠️ Critical: Blocks are shipped with anti-rust oil, NOT lubricant. You must grease them before use.

  • Grease Type: Lithium Soap-based Grease (NLGI No.2).
  • Initial Fill Amount: Approx. 3 cm³ per block (Fill slowly until grease overflows slightly).
  • Refill Interval: Every 100km of travel distance, or every 3-6 months.
  • Method: Inject via the supplied M5 grease nipple.

Installation & Mounting

  • Surface Prep: Ensure the mounting surface is flat. Rough surfaces will reduce accuracy and lifespan.
  • Datum Plane: Press the block reference edge firmly against the mounting shoulder before tightening.
  • Torque Sequence: Tighten the 4 bolts (M5) diagonally (X-pattern) in 2-3 stages.

Accuracy & Preload Class

Accuracy Options:
  • C (Normal): +/- 0.1mm (Standard Stock)
  • H (High): +/- 0.03mm (Recommended)
Preload Options:
  • Z0 (Light): Smooth motion, low vibration.
  • ZA (Medium): Increased rigidity for CNC Z-Axis.
