6. For process angles smaller than L100×L100×10, cold pressing can be utilized when the bending degree does not exceed 5°.

7. Processing speed: the average cold pressing time is 10 seconds per cycle, while the heating processing time is 120 seconds per cycle (subject to the specific material and its properties). The workpiece is processed when the heating temperature reaches 800°C (i.e., red-hot), depending on the material and bending angle.

8. During the heating and processing of the workpiece, parameters are set, and the cycle begins either by pressing the start button or activating the foot switch. The process is fully automated, including heating, reaching the set temperature, exiting the heating phase, pressing the workpiece, raising the press head, and removing the finished workpiece.

9. During heating and cold pressing, parameters are set, and cold pressing is performed directly. The pressing head does not need to return to its starting position. The lower pressing mold is raised by 100mm to allow for the removal of the workpiece, ensuring high operational efficiency.

These test samples, produced using the angle steel punching, cutting, and marking equipment from the production line, conform to the standard specifications and processing conditions commonly applied in the angle steel tower industry.
