The UZ5140 is a high-performance vertical machining center designed for precision metal parts processing. It adopts a Z-axis roller linear guide structure (Z45, Germany Rostar), providing excellent rigidity, low noise, and high positioning accuracy for stable and efficient machining.

The machine features an 800×400mm worktable with a maximum load capacity of 400kg. The XYZ axes have a travel range of 600×400×480mm, equipped with high-precision ball screws (32mm diameter, 10mm pitch) and SKF bearings, ensuring smooth and accurate movement. The rapid feed rate is 10m/min for X/Y axes and 10m/min for Z axis, improving production efficiency.

The spindle uses a BT40 taper with a maximum speed of 4000rpm, powered by a 7.5kW servo motor. It has an inner coolant design for effective tool cooling and chip removal. The machine is controlled by the Syntec 22MA CNC system, offering advanced programming and diagnostic functions for complex machining operations.

Equipped with full protection, electronic timed forced lubrication, and a 0.45kW coolant pump, the machine ensures long-term reliable operation. It also includes a rear chain chip removal system, screw conveyor, hydraulic chuck (250), hydraulic station, and pneumatic door for convenient and safe operation.

1. Install the machine on a reinforced concrete foundation to ensure stability and accuracy.
2. Connect to a standard three-phase power supply with reliable grounding and voltage stabilization.
3. Prepare a stable air supply of 0.6MPa for pneumatic functions.
4. Before operation, check the lubrication system, coolant level, and tool clamping to ensure normal function.
5. Confirm workpiece clamping, tool installation, and program correctness before starting automatic machining.
6. Keep hands and foreign objects away from the spindle, worktable, and chip removal system during operation.
7. Regularly clean chips from the worktable, guideways, and chip removal system to maintain accuracy and prevent wear.
8. Perform periodic calibration of the machine tool accuracy to ensure processing quality.
9. When the machine is idle for a long time, turn off the main power and carry out rust prevention and dust protection.
