1. The machine must be installed by professional technicians in a flat, vibration-free workshop with sufficient power supply, cooling system and lubrication system.
2. Before operation, strictly follow the operation manual to check the spindle, tool magazine, guideways, lubrication system and other components to ensure normal operation.
3. Operators must receive professional training, wear protective equipment, and strictly abide by safety operation procedures to avoid personal injury.
4. Regularly maintain the machine, including lubrication, cleaning, accuracy calibration and tool magazine inspection, to ensure long-term stable performance.
5. When performing maintenance, tool change or troubleshooting, please cut off the power supply to avoid safety accidents.
