Description

The VMC-7136 is a high performance vertical machining center designed for high precision and efficient machining of complex metal parts in mold manufacturing automotive components and mechanical processing industries. It adopts a heavy duty box type head structure with internal rib reinforcement, providing excellent rigidity and stability for continuous heavy cutting.
The machine features a 360x1000mm worktable with a maximum load capacity of 500kg. The XYZ axes have a travel range of 650x380x500mm, equipped with RGH35 linear guideways and high precision ball screws with preload nuts and tail tensioning devices. The rapid feed rate is 282828mmin, ensuring fast and accurate positioning. The positioning accuracy is 001mm and repeat positioning accuracy is 0008mm, meeting the requirements of high precision parts processing.
The spindle adopts belt drive with a maximum speed of 8000rpm and BT40 taper, powered by a 5575kW spindle motor. The pneumatic tool release mechanism ensures uniform force on the spindle during tool changing, extending bearing life. The standard 16 tool disc type tool magazine provides fast tool changing to improve processing efficiency.
Equipped with the KND1000 CNC system, the machine features a separated electrical cabinet design with heat exchangers and fans for effective cooling and dust prevention. It also includes a full range of standard configurations such as cutting coolant system automatic lubrication system automatic chip removal device and three color warning lights.
