Built with a high-quality cast iron flat bed structure, the CK6140 has undergone strict finite element optimization and artificial aging treatment, which effectively eliminates internal stress, ensures the stability of the machine body, and provides excellent vibration resistance during cutting, ensuring consistent machining accuracy even under long-term high-intensity operation. The bed adopts a hardened and ground guide rail, which greatly improves wear resistance and extends the service life of the machine.
Equipped with a 5.5kW high-torque main spindle motor and a 1800rpm stepless speed regulation system, this lathe can easily handle rough turning and finish turning of various materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys. The spindle bore is 52mm as standard, with an optional 80mm large bore, which can meet the processing needs of through-hole parts and bar stock.
The CK6140 is equipped with a 4-position electric turret, which supports fast automatic tool change, reduces auxiliary time, and improves processing efficiency. The X/Z axis rapid traverse speed reaches 4000/6000mm/min, which further improves production efficiency and reduces non-cutting time.
The machine adopts a high-precision ball screw and linear guideway transmission system, which ensures smooth movement and stable positioning accuracy.
