SDVEDON FCK56-750 multi-function CNC lathe adopts Japan-origin optimized design & mature manufacturing process, core key parts processed by imported five-face machining center to guarantee high precision, follows China GB/T25659 series national manufacturing standards.

High Rigid Machine Structure

Whole bed HT300 high-strength cast iron with aging treatment, 30° slant integral bed for smooth chip removal and easy maintenance; box-type one-piece casting improves overall rigidity and long-term precision retention.

High Performance Spindle Unit

Integral closed grease lubrication spindle, gearless spindle box for low noise & vibration; 11kW AC servo main motor, stepless speed 10~3000rpm, big low-speed torque for heavy cutting, matched with 10'' hydraulic chuck with foot switch.

12 Station BMT55 Power Turret

Taiwan-made 12-position power turret, tool holders interchangeable, adjacent tool change only 0.25s, repeat positioning accuracy ±2'', support turning, drilling, tapping & milling with Y-axis linkage.

High Precision X/Z/Y Transmission
