The machine offers a maximum drilling capacity of 35mm in steel and cast iron, with a maximum tapping capacity of M24. The spindle adopts MT4 Morse taper and provides 12 adjustable speeds ranging from 70 to 2600rpm, along with 3 feed rates (0.1 0.2 0.3mm/r) to accommodate different materials and processing requirements. The worktable can rotate ±45° and has an effective working area of 425*425mm, enabling flexible processing of various workpiece sizes and shapes.

Powered by a two speed 1.5 2.2kW three phase motor, the Z5035A delivers strong torque for both light and heavy cutting tasks. The machine is equipped with a coolant pump with 6L/min flow rate to keep the cutting area cool, extend tool life, and improve surface finish. It also includes spindle protection, an electric box door opening power off device, and a halogen lamp for enhanced visibility during operation.

1. Install the machine on a solid and level concrete foundation to ensure stability during high speed operation.
2. Connect to a standard three phase power supply with reliable grounding to ensure electrical safety.
3. Before each operation, check the lubrication system coolant level and spindle tension to ensure normal function.
4. Wear protective goggles and gloves during cutting to avoid injury from metal chips or broken tools.
5. Do not change spindle speed or feed rate under load to protect gears and transmission components.
6. Keep hands and foreign objects away from the rotating spindle and moving worktable during operation.
7. Clean the machine body, worktable, and coolant tank regularly to maintain good working condition.
8. When the machine is idle for a long time, cut off the power supply and apply anti rust oil to exposed metal surfaces.
