The ZH5032A is a high-performance flexible industrial vertical drilling machine designed for efficient and accurate hole making on various metal workpieces. Its ±45° rotating worktable and spindle head swing design enable multi-angle and multi-position machining without frequent workpiece repositioning, making it ideal for mechanical workshops, mold making facilities, and maintenance departments.
The machine offers a maximum drilling capacity of 32mm in steel, with a maximum tapping capacity of M22. The spindle adopts MT3 Morse taper and provides 12 adjustable speeds ranging from 70 to 2600rpm, along with 3 feed rates (0.1, 0.2, 0.3mm/r) to accommodate different materials and processing requirements. The spindle box can move up and down the column, while the worktable and bracket rotate ±45°, enabling flexible processing of various workpiece sizes, shapes, and angles.
Powered by a two-speed 1.1-1.5kW three-phase motor, the ZH5032A delivers strong torque for both light and medium cutting tasks. The machine is equipped with a coolant pump to keep the cutting area cool, extend tool life, and improve surface finish. It also includes spindle protection, an electric box door opening power-off device, and a halogen lamp for enhanced visibility during operation.
The machine comes with a complete set of standard accessories including a drill chuck, connecting rod, transition sleeves, anchor bolts, and a tool box. 1. Install the machine on a solid and level concrete foundation to ensure stability during high speed operation.
2. Connect to a standard three phase power supply with reliable grounding to ensure electrical safety.
3. Before each operation, check the lubrication system coolant level and spindle tension to ensure normal function.
4. Wear protective goggles and gloves during cutting to avoid injury from metal chips or broken tools.
5. Do not change spindle speed or feed rate under load to protect gears and transmission components.
6. Keep hands and foreign objects away from the rotating spindle and moving worktable during operation.
7. Clean the machine body, worktable, and coolant tank regularly to maintain good working condition.
8. When the machine is idle for a long time, cut off the power supply and apply anti rust oil to exposed metal surfaces.
