Description
The X8132 is a medium-sized universal tool milling machine designed for high-precision machining of complex components. It features a robust original structure, broad versatility, and easy operation, making it ideal for workshops producing tools, fixtures, dies, molds, and other mechanical parts.
The dual spindle design includes a horizontal spindle (ISO40) and a vertical spindle (ISO40), with the vertical spindle capable of ±90° tilt. The universal table supports ±360° horizontal swivel, ±30° front/rear tilt, and ±30° left/right tilt, enabling machining of complex profiles, arcs, racks, gears, and splines.
Powered by a 3kW main motor and a 1.5kW feed motor, the machine delivers stable performance for both light finishing and heavy roughing. With optional attachments like a universal table, rotary table, dividing head, and slotting head, it can be customized to meet diverse machining needs.

Notices
- Install the machine on a solid and level concrete foundation to ensure stable operation.
- Connect to a standard three-phase power supply with reliable grounding for electrical safety.
- Before operation, check the lubrication system, oil level, and tool clamping to ensure normal function.
- Securely clamp workpieces and tools before starting the machine to prevent accidents.
- Do not change spindle speed or feed rate while the machine is running to protect transmission parts.
- Wear protective goggles and avoid loose clothing or jewelry near moving components during operation.
- Regularly clean chips from the worktable, guideways, and spindle area to maintain accuracy and prevent wear.
- When idle for extended periods, turn off the power, apply anti-rust oil to exposed metal surfaces, and cover the machine.
