The VEDON X6325C is a universal turret milling machine (also known as a rocker or ram milling machine) designed for high-precision milling of flat surfaces, bevels, grooves, splines, and complex shapes on small to medium-sized workpieces. With its compact structure, exceptional flexibility, and robust construction, this machine is ideal for machining workshops, mold making, instrument manufacturing, and maintenance facilities.
Rigid & Durable Construction - Machine bed cast from high-grade Mechanite iron, artificially aged to eliminate internal stress. Spindle made of chromium-molybdenum alloy, precision-ground and fitted with bevel ball bearings.
Precision Guideways & Wear Resistance - X and Y slideways coated with TURCITE-B wear-resistant sheets. Three-axis angled adapter nuts manufactured from high-grade phosphor bronze (PBC-2).
Versatile Spindle & Head - R-8 spindle taper compatible with wide range of tooling. 16-speed gearbox from 66 to 4540 rpm. Milling head tilts 45° forward/backward and swivels 90° left/right.
Extended Working Range - Ram extends, retracts, and rotates 360° horizontally. Spindle center to machine body adjustable from 155mm to 635mm. Supports workpieces up to 350kg.
User-Friendly Features - Manual oil pump for centralized lubrication. Improved electrical box with multiple voltage outputs. Comprehensive standard accessories included.
