The SDVEDON X8126A is a high-precision universal tool milling machine, specially designed for efficient multi-process machining of tools, dies, molds, and small-to-medium metal workpieces in tool factories, mold workshops, and manufacturing enterprises. The machine features a multi-position adjustable spindle system with 3 installation positions, which can flexibly adjust the distance from the spindle center to the table surface (35-482mm), greatly expanding the processing range and adapting to various complex tool & die machining requirements.
Equipped with a 3kW high-torque main motor, this milling machine provides 8 adjustable spindle speeds (110-1230r/min for horizontal, 150-1660r/min for vertical) and 8-step power feed (25-285mm/min), easily handling milling, drilling, boring, gear cutting, and shaping of various materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and aluminum alloy. The spindle adopts a 7:24 ISO40 taper, ensuring stable tool clamping during precision machining, with a lateral movement stroke of 200mm and a spindle body rotation angle of -45° for angle machining.
The worktable has a size of 750×260mm, with 6/5 T-slots (14mm width, 45mm pitch), and a maximum travel of 350mm (longitudinal) and 350mm (lifting). The table is equipped with a rapid traverse function of 1000mm/min, ensuring efficient operation and improving production efficiency.
