The DH40G is a high-performance vertical pillar drilling machine, designed for efficient drilling, tapping, reaming and countersinking operations in small and medium-sized metal parts. It features a compact structure, stable performance and user-friendly operation, making it an ideal equipment for mechanical workshops, mold factories, hardware processing and maintenance departments.
The machine is equipped with a 1.5kW high-power main motor, providing a wide spindle speed range of 50-1450rpm with 12 adjustable steps, meeting the processing requirements of different materials and hole sizes. The spindle adopts MT4 taper, with a maximum drilling diameter of 40mm and maximum tapping diameter of M24, suitable for various hole-making operations.
The worktable can rotate ±45°, enabling inclined hole machining without repositioning the workpiece, greatly improving processing efficiency. The machine adopts a high-rigidity column and base structure, ensuring stable operation and low vibration during cutting, which guarantees long-term machining accuracy and service life.
Equipped with a complete set of standard accessories including a 3-16mm key-type drill chuck, reducing sleeve, operation manual and compliance certificate, the DH40G can be put into use directly after installation. 1. Install the machine on a solid and level ground, and adjust the level before use to ensure stable operation.
2. Connect to a standard three-phase 380V 50Hz power supply with reliable grounding to ensure electrical safety.
3. Check the lubrication condition of the spindle, guide rails and transmission parts before each operation to ensure sufficient oil supply.
4. Keep hands, tools and clothing away from the rotating spindle and cutting area during operation to avoid accidental injury.
5. Do not change spindle speed or feed under load; stop the spindle first to protect the transmission gears.
6. Clean iron chips from the worktable and base regularly, and maintain the lubrication system periodically.
7. When the machine is idle for a long time, cut off the power supply and apply anti-rust oil on exposed metal surfaces.
