Our custom non-standard fasteners cover full customization: from special-shaped rivets, stepped pins, custom nuts to special-sized screws and custom-thread screws. We can accurately replicate and optimize production based on customers' drawings, specifications or samples.

Our products meet assembly, fastening and connection needs in machinery manufacturing, auto parts, electronics, rail transit, hardware tools, new energy equipment and many other fields.

Materials can be flexibly selected from carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy and more. Surface treatments include zinc plating, nickel plating, blackening, phosphating, Dacromet and others, fully adapting to corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance and other performance requirements in different working conditions.

We combine the dual advantages of precision machining and high-efficiency cold heading, allowing flexible selection according to customer needs:

• Precision machining: Using high-precision CNC lathes, milling machines, drilling machines and other equipment, we focus on producing complex-structured, high-tolerance, small-batch non-standard fasteners. We achieve complex profiles, fine threads, precision steps, deep hole machining and other demanding processes, ensuring dimensional accuracy and geometric tolerances meet high industry standards—ideal for high-end equipment, precision instruments and other precision-critical applications.
• High-efficiency cold heading: Adopting multi-station cold heading machines, we deliver high-speed forming and efficient production for non-standard variants based on standard designs and large-volume fastener orders. This process offers high material utilization, excellent product strength, good surface finish and controlled costs, making it especially suitable for large-scale customization of rivets, pins, standard-based custom screws and similar products, balancing quality and cost-performance.

We always put customer needs first, providing end-to-end, one-on-one service from early requirement consultation, drawing optimization and process selection, to prototype testing, mass production, quality inspection and on-time delivery.

With our mature process system, strict quality control and flexible customization capabilities, we quickly respond to individual customer needs and tailor optimal solutions for non-standard fasteners of any volume, precision and application, helping customers improve assembly quality, reduce overall costs and build long-term stable partnerships.

We have introduced advanced equipment and technology from Japan and Germany (CNC 5-axis and 6-axis machines) to better serve our customers' needs.

Our maximum processing outer diameter is 60, and the minimum control tolerance is 0.001. We have Japanese CNC Tsugami, CNC Citizen, multi-station cold extrusion forming machines, 500T press machines, casting equipment, and various process equipment, which can effectively provide customers with the best technical solutions.

Our company has a total of 300 employees, including 20 technicians, 10 engineers, and 15 quality control personnel. We have over 300 pieces of equipment.

Our company implements 8S management and has passed ISO9001 and TS16949 automotive certifications.
