This is a CNC machined precision hardware component, designed as outer hexagon screw with double threads. It supports two installation modes: injection molding embedding and screw assembly, and is widely used in new energy vehicles, marine equipment, AI intelligent devices, medical equipment and other fields.

We adopt stainless steel raw materials supplied by Qingshan Iron & Steel in China. With nearly 20 years of manufacturing experience, Situo Hardware strictly controls raw material properties and chemical composition to deliver products with reliable quality assurance.
We provide comprehensive processing services including thread rolling, drilling, flat milling, electroplating, oxidation treatment, blackening, polishing and grinding. Customized solutions are available from small-batch prototype development to mass production.
Strict quality control is implemented throughout the whole process via first article inspection, mass production sampling inspection and full outgoing inspection with automatic optical sorting, ensuring stable and consistent product quality.

We have introduced advanced equipment and technology from Japan and Germany (CNC 5-axis and 6-axis machines) to better serve our customers' needs.

Our maximum processing outer diameter is 60, and the minimum control tolerance is 0.001. We have Japanese CNC Tsugami, CNC Citizen, multi-station cold extrusion forming machines, 500T press machines, casting equipment, and various process equipment, which can effectively provide customers with the best technical solutions.

Our company has a total of 300 employees, including 20 technicians, 10 engineers, and 15 quality control personnel. We have over 300 pieces of equipment.
