Description

This custom CNC machined pin carrier is designed for cycloidal reducers used in industrial robot joints and precision rotary positioning systems. The circular pin pattern provides mounting locations for the specified output pins, while the central bore and stepped hub establish the locating interface within the reducer assembly.
Alloy steel can provide the strength required for loaded transmission components when the material condition and heat treatment are selected for the intended duty. The final design must match the reducer's pin arrangement, output torque, bearing layout and mounting geometry.
Before production, confirm the pin circle diameter, hole count, pin fit, central bore, face runout and material hardness requirements. Since heat treatment can change critical dimensions, the inspection plan should define which features are measured before and after treatment.
