An overview,

HD series single machine dust collector is specially designed for the top, bottom, belt conveyance and partial dust source of cement factory.Can also be used in casting machinery processing, metallurgy, ceramics, glass, chemical products, food processing and other industries dusting.It has the advantages of small volume, large air volume, compact structure, convenient and reliable operation.This product has a good dust removal effect for heavy metal cutting, casting sand and medium weight dust, such as cement dust, ceramic dust, gypsum powder, asbestos powder, carbon powder, pigment, veneer powder, plastic powder, etc., and the discharge concentration shall meet the national discharge requirements.

Structure and performance parameters

The structure of the series dust collector consists of three parts: fan, box and ash hopper. Each part is installed in a vertical frame with compact structure. The features of each part are as follows:

1. The fan adopts the general standard fan, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement, and adopts the isolation facility with low noise.

2. The filter bag is made of 729 cylinder filter material, with good filtering effect and long service life.

3. The cleaning mechanism adopts electric motor to drive the connecting rod to make the filter bag shake and remove dust on the inner surface of the filter bag. The control device is separately controlled or controlled.
