Details:
Process description: weigh the new sand into the hopper feeder sand hopper, by the hopper feeder lift into the hopper above the heating furnace, feeding tube into the drum of the heating furnace to be heated, after the sand reaches the process temperature, the drum reverse discharge. Sand is unloaded into the sand mixing machine for mixing. In the mixing process, resin, urotropium, aqueous solution and calcium stearate and additives are manually added according to the process rules, and air blowing, air pumping and water cooling are timely carried out. After the sand mixing meets the requirements, it is unloaded into the sand screening machine, screened and cooled, and then stored in bags.
