Purpose:

This machine is manily used for cooling the used day sad. Sufficent movement makes the humidity,temperatureandcompositionalthe used sand uniform,and pre mixing is completed at the same time of cooling.

Characteristic:

O The machine has compact structure,stable operation,low voice and low energyconsumption.

Ten scrapers driven by the counter rotating crosshead drive the materials to mix evenly.

High pressure blast makes the used sand in boiling state to achieve the best effect;

The opening of discharge door can be adjusted to control the emplying of materials in the machine box.

It can form used sand cooling until with used sandhumiditrationcooling system, blower, blower, sucition fan and water adding system, and can control thetemperatureof used sand to reach roomtemperature+10ºC
