Glauber Salt which is used as a cooking agent for sulfate pulp in the papermaking industry

Glauber Salt total dissolution evaporation dehydration method

The raw material is sodium nitrate naturally frozen from salt fields. Crushed soil nitrate is added to the nitrate dissolving tank and dissolved with steam. When the temperature reaches 70℃, it is pumped into the sedimentation tank for heat preservation and clarification.

The clear liquid is concentrated through a double-effect vacuum evaporator. The concentrated liquid with crystals is separated by centrifugation and then air-dried to obtain the finished product. The moisture content of the finished product is controlled to be less than 0.2%. The mother liquor is returned to the evaporator for circulation and evaporation
