Application :

1. The application effects of the food industry: thickening stabilizer: improve sauces, viscosity and texture of ice cream, yogurt and other products, to prevent delamination. Water retention agent: delay in baking food moisture loss, prolong shelf life. Emulsifier: help oil-water system stability (such as salad dressing). Key factors: the degree of substitution (DS) and purity affect solubility and stability. Must be in accordance with food grade standards (e.g., the FCC, GB 1886.232 2016).

2. The application effect of the pharmaceutical industry: tablet binder: improve drug formability, control the disintegration time. Slow-release materials: delay the drug release through the gel layer. Pharmaceutical excipients: used for thickening cream, eye drops. Key factors: need high purity (no heavy metals, microbial pollution). Different models (such as viscosity low viscosity for eye drops)

3. The application effect of cosmetic products: thickening toothpaste: improving the structure of the paste, to prevent separation.
