Technical Support Details

Moisture Control

Application Guidance

• Deicer spreading rate reference: Light snow (<2cm): 10–15 g/m²; Moderate snow (2–5cm): 15–25 g/m²; Heavy snow (>5cm): 25–40 g/m²

• CaCl₂ solution preparation: Recommended solid:water = 1:2 (mass ratio), water temperature 40–50°C, stir until fully dissolved (approx 10–15 minutes)

• Storage notes: Use opened bags promptly. Reseal unused product.

Complaint Handling

• Process: Receive complaint → provide batch info → arrange retained sample re-test → issue re-test report → negotiate resolution
