This PET strapping winder can process PET straps with widths from 9mm to 32mm and thicknesses between 0.5mm and 1.4mm. It comes with standard 400 paper cores, and clients may order custom-sized paper cores as needed.The machine features a maximum winding outer diameter of 800mm and supports two winding types: cored winding and coreless winding. Constant tension control during winding avoids strap displacement and deformed coils.It combines automatic film wrapping, strap cutting, winding and conveying into one unit. An additional palletizing unit is offered as an optional attachment to simplify daily operation.

Internal Protection: Secure movable internal parts with cable ties, reinforced with stretch film. Vulnerable areas wrapped with corrugated cartons or foam to prevent collision damage.

Outer Packaging: Complete equipment covered with thick PE protective sleeve, fastened tightly with strapping bands to resist impact and vibration. Packed in export-grade wooden cases.

Markings: Clear forklift positions and placement directions marked on cases with warning labels to prevent handling damage.

Accessories: Includes product certificate, packing list, and separately packed spare parts and components.

Final Inspection: Quality inspectors conduct final checks against export standards before shipment.
