C103 Transformer Air Coil Precision Layer Wound Full Copper Enameled Coil
The C103 Transformer Coil is a vertical bobbin-wound copper coil built for power magnetics assemblies. It uses full copper enameled wire laid down in even, tightly controlled layers on a rigid insulated bobbin with reinforced top and bottom flanges, so every unit delivers repeatable inductance, low DC resistance and a low temperature rise under continuous load. Reinforced tape banding protects the winding layers and secures the lead-out wire during handling and automated assembly.
Manufactured to order for OEM and ODM programs, the C103 coil is widely used in switching power supplies, UPS systems, PV inverters, EV chargers, LED drivers and industrial drives. Wire gauge, turns, inductance, lead length and terminal style are all customizable to your drawing or sample.

Q1: Can the C103 coil be wound to my own inductance and turns?
Yes. The C103 is a made-to-order coil. Send your drawing, inductance value, wire gauge, turns and lead requirements, and we will confirm feasibility and a full datasheet before sampling.
Q2: Is the winding real copper?
Yes. We use 100% copper enameled wire as standard, not copper-clad aluminium, which keeps DC resistance and temperature rise low.
Q3: What is the minimum order quantity?
The standard MOQ is 1,000 pcs. Sample quantities for evaluation can be arranged separately.
Q4: How long does mass production take?
Normally 3-4 weeks after order confirmation and sample approval. Monthly capacity reaches 10,000,000 pcs.
Q5: How are the coils packed for export?
Each coil is bagged in an anti-static PE bag, separated by EPE foam or a partition tray, packed in an inner carton and then in an export-grade master carton on pallets when required.
Q6: Do you support OEM marking and private label?
Yes. Customer part numbers, labels and packaging artwork can be applied on request.
