Functional Highlights
GaN transistors provide superior efficiency with 55-65% efficiency (minus driver consumption). Operating efficiency exceeds 52% at 2.4GHz and 55% below 2.4GHz, significantly outperforming LDMOS modules which only achieve 45-55% efficiency. This results in lower power consumption and reduced heat generation.
