A power & free overhead conveyor system is adopted to enable smooth and controlled material flow throughout the process, while forklifts assist with manual loading and unloading to accommodate heavy or large-sized workpieces.

Production Process

Forklift-assisted loading → immersion coating (approx. 6 minutes) → paint draining (approx. 90 minutes) → thermal drying (48 minutes at 60–80°C) → natural cooling (approx. 6 minutes) → forklift-assisted unloading
