Product Overview

Sorbitan Monostearate, also known as Span 60, is a lipophilic nonionic surfactant with an HLB value of 4.7. This pale yellow, waxy solid exhibits excellent heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, hard water resistance, and chemical stability. It is insoluble in cold water but dispersible in hot water, and soluble in various oils and organic solvents.

This product possesses excellent emulsifying, dispersing, wetting, thickening, rust-preventing, and anti-fogging properties, with good compatibility across various surfactants. Widely used in multiple industries, it serves as a w/o emulsifier, dispersant, softener, and antistatic agent. The product features low impurity content, stable performance, easy storage, and broad application range.
