Egypt Stone Processing Flocculant High Molecular Weight Anionic Polyacrylamide For Efficient Sludge Dewatering In Cutting
OYIFLOC Polyacrylamide is a water-soluble polymer available as a solid powder, with varying molecular weights and charge densities. This versatile product comes in anionic, cationic, and nonionic forms and is commonly used to enhance water viscosity or promote flocculation for rapid settlement of fine suspended solids in water.
Anionic Polyacrylamide (APAM) produced by Vanzon Water is a high-performance water-soluble polymer with a positive charge density. Engineered for superior interaction with negatively charged particles, CPAM excels in sludge dewatering, wastewater clarification, and organic matter removal. Its tailored molecular structure ensures rapid flocculation, reduced sludge volume, and compliance with stringent environmental standards.

Primary Applications

Instruction of polyacrylamide
- Before using, dissolve polyacrylamide with tap water at a ratio of 0.1%-0.5% and stir until fully dissolved.
- Do not use iron materials to stir or hold PAM, because the reaction performance of PAM will decrease when it encounters iron.
- The dosage needs to be calculated through laboratory pilot tests, with the aim of achieving the aggregation of flocs and presenting the phenomenon of sludge-water separation.
- It is better to use up the prepared PAM solution within 24 hours.
- Products should be stored in unopened package in a dry atmosphere at temperature no higher than 35℃.
