Ø9.525mm HIP-Si3N4 Ball With G5 Grade For Ceramic Ball Bearing
Description of Ø9.525mm HIP-Si3N4 Ball:
They are made of highly purified, submicron silicon nitride powder with an alpha phase of more than 92%, and are sintered by HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) technology. So there are less pore in the blanks and the properties of silicon nitride balls are highly improved, which is key point to produce G5 Grade Si3N4 balls in batch. Our company has more than two production lines specializing in the production of high-precision silicon nitride balls in many sizes.
