Description of Ø3.969mm HIP-Si3N4 Ball:
Our silicon nitride balls are made of highly purified, submicron silicon nitride powder with an alpha phase of more than 92%, and are processed by GPS (Gas Pressure) sintering and HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology. Through that, the density of blanks is improved and porosity is declined, then through our professional grinding production, our silicon nitride balls can reach G5 grade, which are the best choice to be fitted in allhybrid ceramic bearings with high precision to improve the performance of bearings. At present, our company has more than two production lines specializing in the production of high-precision GPS (Gas Pressure) and HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure, mainly) sintered silicon nitride balls,Ø3.969mm is our mainly produced size .
