PBN (Pyrolytic Boron Nitride) crucible is made by vapor deposition process. It is a high‑performance non‑oxide ceramic material with milky‑white appearance. Thanks to ultra‑high purity, outstanding thermal stability and superior electrical insulation performance, PBN crucible is widely adopted in semiconductor, MOCVD, vacuum evaporation and other high‑temperature vacuum scenarios.
Our factory supports custom‑made on shape, dimension and structure, including cylindrical crucible, conical crucible, small PBN bushing sleeves and other special‑shaped PBN components as shown in pictures.
