Product description:

This product is of novel design, the main body of filter consists of filtration tank, screen, end-plate pullout device, automatic dreg discharging device, etc. During filtering, the filter aid is mixed up with material in the mixing cylinder then transmitted by pump onto the filter screen to form a filter cake layer. Once the stable filter cake is realized, the minute filter aid particles provide countless micro passages, which entrap the suspended impurity and let the clear liquid through. Therefore the real filtration is realized through the cake layer. In case that the filter cake over the surface of filter screen reaches certain thickness, the feeding shall be stopped, and compressed air or steam shall be employed to blow dry the cake, and clean the filter screen the discharge , the vibration dreg discharging device shall be switched on, the dregs shall be unloaded because of weight and vibration. As to sticky filter cake, manual help shall be provided to clean up the dregs.
