This Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) monitors real-time concentrations of particulate matter and gaseous pollutants in exhaust gases from fixed pollution sources including boilers, industrial furnaces, and incinerators. The system is specifically designed for high-humidity, low-concentration environments.
The CEMS consists of three main components: the gaseous pollutant monitoring unit (SO2, NO, NO2), the flue gas parameter monitoring unit (temperature, pressure, flow rate, O2, humidity), and the data acquisition and processing unit.
Sample gas passes through a high-temperature heating pipeline, is filtered by a two-stage dust filter, and directly enters the gas chamber in the analyzer. The gas chamber is placed inside a high-temperature box and connected via UV fiber optics to a UV differential analyzer for precise flue gas measurement.
