Opposite type Ultrasonic Flowmeter
Overview
The AG-CSF200 ultrasonic flowmeter operates on the time difference method principle. This technology measures the difference in transmission time of sound waves traveling upstream versus downstream in the fluid, which has a precise mathematical relationship with gas flow velocity.
Key Features
- Ultrasonic measurement with retractable probe casing prevents direct contact with gas flow, effectively avoiding naphthalene crystallization and coal tar adhesion
- Time difference measurement unaffected by changes in gas composition, density, or moisture
- Linear average flow velocity measurement ensures high stability
- Extremely low measurement limit of 0.05 m/s with high accuracy
- No moving parts minimizes maintenance requirements
- LCD display adaptable to wide outdoor working temperatures
- Automatic online zero calibration and span calibration
