High Speed Full Automatic RFID Laundry Tag Production Line YLRP-2000

The YLRP-2000 is a fully automated production line designed for manufacturing textile RFID laundry tags with high efficiency and precision.

The YLRP-2000 Full Auto RFID Laundry Tag Production Line is a professional, modular and fully automated manufacturing solution specially developed for mass production of flexible textile RFID laundry tags and RFID linen tags. It is designed to solve the low efficiency, unstable quality and high labor cost problems of traditional manual and semi-automatic laundry tag production.
System Overview

The complete RFID Laundry Tag Production Line YLRP-2000 integrates three specialized machines working in sequence,it independently completes the whole front-end manufacturing process from antenna embedding, chip implantation, multi-layer hot lamination, contour cutting to preliminary quality inspection, realizing standardized, streamlined and intelligent mass production of RFID washable textile tags.

Core Integrated Functions
This full-automatic production line integrates multiple core processing functions into one complete workflow, covering all essential procedures for finished laundry tag blank production. It realizes accurate antenna embedding to ensure stable signal transmission of RFID tags, precise chip implantation and high-strength hot lamination to enhance the bonding fastness between chips, antennas and textile materials. In addition, the equipment supports integral contour cutting for irregular and regular laundry tags, with neat and burr-free edges. Equipped with a built-in preliminary quality detection function, it can screen out unqualified products with offset antenna, loose lamination and abnormal appearance in advance, effectively improving the overall yield rate of finished tags. The whole process operates automatically without manual intervention, realizing continuous and stable batch production.

Function Description and Application
The YLRP-2000 full-automatic laundry tag production line is highly targeted and widely applicable, specially used for mass production of various washable textile RFID tags and reusable RFID linen tags. The produced tags are perfectly adapted to intelligent management scenarios that require repeated washing, high-temperature disinfection and long-term recycling. They are widely applied in hotel and resort linen management, hospital medical textile tracking, enterprise staff uniform management, school student clothing supervision, catering industry work clothes circulation, and commercial laundry factory asset scheduling.
The tags produced by this line feature excellent durability, including high temperature resistance, water washing resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and repeated bending resistance. They can withstand thousands of times of industrial washing and dry cleaning, and support long-term repeated use, which greatly reduces the asset management cost of enterprises and improves the intelligent level of laundry asset tracking and inventory management.
Tag Antenna Embedding Machine

Utilizes CNC software to draw antenna-shaped paths and implants antennas into special cloth with hot melt adhesive according to the programmed paths.

Tag Chip Implanting and Laminating Machine

Processes fabric with implanted antennas through precise CCD vision-guided dispensing and chip placement, followed by hot and cold pressing to produce roll-shaped tags.

Tag Cutting and Quality Checking Machine

Uses CCD visual laser unit to cut roll-shaped tags individually, then transports them via robotic arm for chip performance testing, with sorted tags placed in designated collection boxes.
