WINTAI-9001 Diesel Turbo Fan Spray Booth with 32 infrared lamps is the standard configuration trusted by over 500 professional body shops worldwide. This European-type diesel spray booth creates a dust-free environment for automotive painting and baking. Turbo fans provide superior airflow with lower maintenance compared to belt-driven systems. Active carbon exhaust filtration ensures environmental compliance with EU emission standards. Manufactured by Guangzhou Wintai Car Tools Co., Ltd. (est. 2014, 200 employees, 80%+ export ratio, $60M+ annual revenue).

Main Features
1) Wallboard: EPS sandwich panels, 50mm thickness, 0.476mm colorful steel skin. Galvanized steel roof panel.
2) Basement: Galvanized steel + square tube frame. 3 rows grids + 2 rows checkered plates. Full ramps included.
3) Door: 3 luxury front doors (3000*2600mm), 0.8mm steel skin. 1 emergency door. Aluminum frame viewing windows.
4) Air Circulation: 7.5KW intake turbo fan + 5.5KW exhaust turbo fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper. Air velocity 0.3-0.4 m/s.
5) Burner: Italy Riello RG5S diesel burner, 260,000 Kcal/h. Fuel consumption: 5-6 kg/vehicle. 85% heat exchange efficiency.
6) IR Lighting: 32 ceiling LED IR lamps (16W each) + 16 side wall lamps. 1200 Lux illumination for shadow-free working.
7) Filtration: Dual-filter structure — M-type nonwoven primary filter (captures >10μm) + F5 ceiling filter (>5μm). 98% air cleanliness.
8) Pollution Control: M-Type Active Carbon pocket filter system reduces VOC emissions by 95%+. Compliant with EU Directive 2004/42/EC.
