WINTAI-9003 LPG Turbo Fan Truck Paint Booth is purpose-built for commercial vehicle refinishing: trucks, buses, trailers, and heavy equipment. The dual LPG burner system ensures rapid, uniform heating across the large internal volume. Four turbo fans (2 intake + 2 exhaust) deliver superior airflow management. WINTAI has supplied heavy-vehicle spray booths to fleet operators in 25+ countries including GCC, Southeast Asia, Africa, and South America. Our heavy-duty booth engineering is validated by structural FEM analysis and wind-load calculations.

Main Features
1) Wallboard: 75mm rock wool sandwich panels, 0.6mm galvanized steel skin both sides. Fire-rated Class A (GB 8624). Superior thermal retention.
2) Basement: Heavy-duty galvanized steel frame. 450mm pit. 4 rows ventilation grids with floor filters. 3 rows checkered plates. 6T tested load capacity.
3) Door: Motorized vertical lift front door (5000*4500mm). Rear access door. 3 personnel doors with panic bars. Industrial-grade tempered glass.
4) Air System: 4* Turbo fans (2 intake 7.5KW + 2 exhaust 5.5KW). Electric dampers. Air velocity 0.35-0.40 m/s. 320+ air changes/hour.
5) LPG Burners: Dual synchronized LPG burners (2*200,000 Kcal/h). Stainless steel heat exchangers. Independent zone control for temperature uniformity.
6) Lighting: 40 ceiling IR LED lamps + 24 side wall + 8 wall lamps. 1500 Lux at working height. IP65 sealed for paint environment.
7) Filtration: F6 EU6 ceiling filter + 4-zone fiberglass floor filters. 98% particulate capture. Optional HEPA H13 upgrade for high-end refinishing.
8) Emission Control: Active carbon adsorption tower + dry filter box. VOC removal >97%. Meets EU VOC Directive and local environmental regulations.
9) Safety: CO/LPG gas detection system with automatic ventilation override. Emergency stop system. Fire suppression interface ready. Overload protection.
