2 Introduction to the main functions of the system:
A Applicable to LED light panels and lighting fixtures
B Free configuration of self-developed power supply aging dedicated monitoring software, with independent intellectual property rights and no legal risks
C It can monitor the product temperature in real time, automatically cool down and issue early warnings when the temperature exceeds the limit
D The aging-specific monitoring software enjoys a free upgrade service and has powerful scalability, saving repeated investment in equipment
E Aging parameters, time setting,ON/OFF timing editing (for the on-off test of the product under test), support for automatic voltage switching, load transformation and other functions are programmable
F The function of automatically and regularly turning off the power supply when the aging of the tested power supply ends is convenient for unattended operation
G The RS232 to RS485 conversion adopts a photoelectric isolation converter, which enhances communication reliability and prevents equipment damage from lightning strikes
H Each computer can simultaneously monitor 18 devices. (Each serial port can be connected to 63 slave devices, and each computer supports a maximum of 18 serial ports.)
I The power aging monitoring software is equipped with built-in help documentation, facilitating the immediate resolution of operational questions

1.The aging cabinet has a total of 6 layers, with 8 heat sinks fixed on each layer. The entire

cabinet can age 48 pieces of driver boards /LED light boards.


2. Install cooling fans on the back of each floor. When the temperature of the radiator

reaches 65℃, turn on the air cooling to lower the temperature. Turn off the fan when the

radiator temperature drops below 60℃. When the ambient temperature reaches 55℃, start

the circulating exhaust.


3. Install one Magmet DC power supply on each floor. A single power supply can support the

aging work of 8 driver boards and LED light boards.
