Weatherproof Vertical Sheet Rack, Outdoor Anti-rust Upright Plate Storage Rack for Open Yard

Weatherproof outdoor vertical sheet rack upgrades all steel component anti-corrosion processes to adapt open-air storage yards, coastal humid material zones and semi-outdoor covered stacking areas, retaining upright vertical compartment storage advantages while delivering long-term resistance to rain, UV sunlight and salt air erosion. All raw steel undergoes full shot blasting rust removal before multi-stage phosphating and passivation pretreatment to strengthen coating adhesion.
The surface is sprayed with thick outdoor weather-resistant polyester powder coating, passing 720-hour salt spray test with strong anti-ultraviolet, waterproof and anti-oxidation performance, avoiding fading, chalking and rust under long-term outdoor exposure. All welding seams, bolt joints and slide rail moving parts adopt sealed anti-rust sealant filling to block moisture penetration and internal structural corrosion.
The vertical compartment inner base adds breathable moisture-dissipating gaps to prevent water vapor accumulation between sheet bottom and rack frame, stopping metal plate surface oxidation and rust spots during rainy seasons.
