Description
This customized multi-layer drawer plate storage rack breaks through the limitation of fixed specifications of traditional shelves, and realizes full-dimensional personalized customization in size, layer number, layer spacing, bearing capacity and appearance, which can perfectly adapt to various non-standard warehouse spaces and diversified material storage needs.
The product supports 3-12 layers of flexible configuration, and the layer spacing can be adjusted freely according to the thickness of steel plates, wood boards, acrylic sheets and other materials to avoid space waste. Each independent drawer is equipped with an original industrial safety lock anti-slip device. When the drawer is pulled out to any position, it can be locked artificially or automatically to prevent accidental sliding caused by vibration and gravity, completely eliminating the safety hazard of material falling and equipment tipping.
The main frame adopts integral welding and secondary stress relief treatment process, which effectively avoids structural deformation caused by long-term load and temperature change. The slide rail is made of thickened alloy steel, with strong wear resistance and heavy load resistance, and the service life is far longer than ordinary civil slide rails.
